Long term cellaring potential
Produced from fruit grown in the 'Brycefield' vineyard, situated in Lovedale. The fruit was picked the second week of February and crushed immediately. The free run juice fraction was fermented over 12 days, resulting in a wine displaying concentrated lemon peel and citrus fruit aromas. These flavours are also evident on the palate and are supported by natural acidity.
